Job Opportunity:

Assume a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by coordinating impactful training programs and ensuring our Learning Management System (LMS) runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Training delivery: schedule, organise, and support effective training sessions
  • LMS management: maintain records, track compliance, and assist users
  • Data and reporting: monitor training data and provide actionable insights
  • Collaboration: liaise with teams to align and communicate L&D initiatives
  • Employee experience: support onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts

To excel in this role, candidates should have a degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field, plus 2-3 years' experience in L&D or a similar position. Strong proficiency in using LMS platforms, content tools, and reporting systems is also essential.
