About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Rates Support Analyst to join our Freight Forwarding division at Toll Transport Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client rates and ensure timely data entry into Cargo Wise
  • Coordinate with internal teams to source pricing and freight information
  • Assist with quotations for shipments and respond to opportunities by sourcing pricing and providing deal coordination support
  • Ensure updated quotes & sell rates in Cargo Wise to enable auto rating
  • Identify opportunities to develop new services and revenue whilst reducing our cost to serve
  • Maintain cost efficient job processing
  • Ensure all department charges from suppliers are accurate and authorised for prompt payment, within the limits of any delegated authority
About You
  • Proven history in the International freight forwarding industry
  • Cargo Wise EDI software knowledge
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Customer-focussed
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset/commercially driven
