Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of comprehensive training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Drive innovation by implementing efficient learning practices and alternative solution designs, such as eLearning and blended learning.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, guaranteeing timely delivery of quality outputs while adhering to agreed-upon scope.
  • Provide expert advice and input to stakeholders, promoting the adoption of flexible and effective learning delivery methods.
  • Analyse instructional design concepts, supporting the creation of detailed work schedules.
  • Evaluate existing learning solutions to ensure they meet organizational needs and legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading teams through change initiatives.
  • Strong project management and change leadership skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in adult and vocational learning principles, competency-based training frameworks, and VET Quality Framework (AQF).
