We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining trusted working relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions, and driving profitable growth for your local area.
Your success in this position will depend on your ability to develop a deep understanding of your customers' goals, deliver win-win solutions, and maintain awareness of our bank's growth targets. You will also work proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our portfolio.
As a Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on your local community by supporting the success of our customers, communities, and bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a deep understanding of customers' goals and delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of our bank's growth targets
- Working proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our portfolio
- Partnering with network stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement localized engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and bank
- Driving profitable growth for your local area by meeting team sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results you can feel proud of
- Mentoring and growing the skills of fellow Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Associates across the state
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline
- Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver license
- Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
- Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets
- Ability to think outside the square to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions
