Job Overview:

The Multi-skilled Plant Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant on road construction, maintenance projects, and miscellaneous works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of tasks including road maintenance, road construction, structures, concrete, and miscellaneous operations;
  • Ensure plant operation meets manufacturer's specifications;
  • Maintain plant and equipment, including vehicles, under their control;
  • Install and maintain correct roadworks signage;
  • Record all work records, including gravel quantities, chainages worked, and work category;
  • Contribute to camps being maintained in a safe, clean, and proper manner;
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work duties are primarily performed outdoors and involve regular exposure to changing weather conditions.
