About the Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Administration - Support Services Team. The successful candidate will provide clerical support within a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing to team operations and working relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly developed keyboard/data entry and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
