Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Administration - Support Services Team. The successful candidate will provide clerical support within a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing to team operations and working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly developed keyboard/data entry and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
