The Conference and Events Sales team is a key function within our organization. It plays a vital role in the success of our business by driving revenue growth through sales strategies and managing events to ensure client satisfaction.

As a Conference and Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets. This includes leading and developing the Conference and Events Sales team, overseeing event planning and execution, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of events.

Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality, or 2 years' experience in a similar role within the C&E sales department.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting principles, and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
