Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Manager
Job Overview:This key role involves overseeing the planning and execution of special events, including weddings, corporate functions and social gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating Events: Plan and coordinate special events to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences and expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen, bar and service staff to ensure efficient event execution, including staff scheduling and assignments.
- Calendar Management: Maintain accurate event calendars and booking schedules, tracking sales and revenue goals for special events and private dining.
- Proven experience in event management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
