Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Venue Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including event and entertainment programming
  • Develop and coordinate budgets, schedules, and performer management
  • Lead and motivate management teams, promoting high professional and ethical standards
  • Foster relationships with DJs, promoters, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Venue Manager role
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming, budget development, and schedule coordination
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
