This is a management role that involves overseeing access control programs for corporate sites.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in access control and possess strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and written/verbal communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage access levels creation, request, and modification in the Lenel access control system.
- Monitor badge and access applications via Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems to ensure Service Level Agreement commitments are met.
- Participate in quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.
- Provide technical guidance, develop solutions, and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.
- Capture business requirements, workflows, and meeting minutes, and coordinate project issues timely delivery.
- Graduate degree or equivalent with at least four years of access control/badging experience.
- Knowledge of security systems, computer skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong English written and verbal skills, adaptability, responsiveness, and client-orientation.
- Able to multi-task, organize workload, and manage business stakeholders remotely.
