Through three unique brand management models - brand empowerment and partnership, brand incubation, brand distribution and marketing consultancy, Access Corporate Group brings mass premium brands to a global community of consumers that exceeds 10 million people today.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the key point of contact between the internal team and external brands
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and execute commercial plans, as well as work cross-functionally alongside Marketing, Content, Data Centre, Supply Chain, Logistic, Business Development, Sales, and Finance
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity (having a great sense of data would be highly preferred)
- Being involved in NPD & brand building projects, strategy projects, monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures, and competitive reviews), and the management of budgets. Support with the development of brand strategy & activation plans
- Assist with the development of communication strategies and campaign optimization; generate post-analysis reports
- Management and championing of brand assets including copywriting, content generation, digital and social media marketing
**Key Requirements**
- You will have at least a minimum of 2 years of corporate or agency working experience in account management, brand management, data analysis, and marketing-related fields
- A Doer rather than a Talker
- Having experience in cosmetic, health and beauty, nutrition, and pharmaceutical roles will be advantageous
- A great sense of corporate manner, problem-solving, aesthetics, account and vendor management, copywriting, and content generation
- Comfortable working under KPI metrics; stay sharp while being under pressure
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or other related areas
**Preferred**:
- Great project and people management skills
Solid experience in cosmetic, health and beauty, nutrition, and pharmaceutical roles will be advantageous

- Great communications skill in both English and Chinese
