We're seeking an expert in Workday configurations to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will help customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for facilitating collaboration on effective solutions. Your ability to lead and influence design meetings, think critically, and work independently in challenging situations will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and demonstrate system configuration expertise to support multiple customers concurrently.
  • Help customers become more self-sufficient in Workday applications and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to deliver services and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday configurations.
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience.
  • Workday Certification in HCM and at least one additional area (Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning).
