Job Summary

The role of this position involves solving complex Workday intersystem problems, ensuring seamless integration of various systems and processes. If you have experience with web service technologies and are looking for a challenging role that utilizes your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns for all clients in their portfolio.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping clients, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
  • Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
  • Display hands-on expertise of the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
  • Project experience highly desired
  • Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM and Workday CCTPPTM certification preferred
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
