Account Development Specialist Role

We are seeking an exceptional Account Development Specialist to join our team, responsible for strengthening relationships within the media services industry.

This role involves looking after a portfolio of direct and key agency clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets through a solution-selling approach, and managing customer relationships to deliver long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver year-on-year growth in revenue and client base within your specified agency and client portfolio
  • Proactively drive new, high-yielding business by growing your client list by selling solutions to the agency and direct advertiser market
  • Collaborate with the Business Partnerships team to pitch and deliver integrated, content-led campaigns
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within your customer base, including media agency planners and buyers, trading desk programmatic traders, and advertising decision makers
About You:

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of building strong client relationships and is a confident hunter. You will have 2-3 years of experience in the digital media sales environment, ideally working with advertising media agencies and programmatic trading desks.

You will display strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and the ability to effectively prioritise work. A commercially minded drive to succeed and experience with Programmatic Solutions and Salesforce will be highly regarded.
