Maintenance Service Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are performed within legislative requirements, time frames, and safety standards to create a safe living environment for customers.

  • We are looking for someone with trade work experience, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and completing various asset maintenance programs.

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to high-level customer service, especially in meeting the needs of older people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing trade work, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks

  • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and completing various asset maintenance programs

  • Ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance is performed within legislative requirements and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Trade work experience, preferably in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry

  • Commitment to high-level customer service, especially in meeting the needs of older people
