Job Opportunity: Property Assistant

This role involves travel between locations to conduct tasks essential to the operation of Residential Care Homes.

Supporting the Property Concierge, you will connect with external services for maintenance and upkeep of company assets.

Responsibilities include liaising with teams and residents for stock deliveries and furniture removal.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of older people
  • Able to prioritise work within established routines and procedures
  • Ability to follow directions and plan, schedule, coordinate and complete asset maintenance programs
  • Well-developed communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high customer service standards and continuous improvement
  • Current NSW driver's licence
