Equipment Specialist

The Equipment Specialist is the critical link between our customers and their projects. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and ensuring our equipment is ready for hire.

This specialist will be in charge of instructing and demonstrating to customers on how to safely use our equipment, performing pickups and deliveries, and maintaining the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert advice and support to customers on equipment usage.
  • Perform equipment pickups and deliveries from customer sites.
  • Maintain a high standard of equipment through regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
  • This role requires some physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods. A level of physical fitness is required and the ability to pass a drug test.
  • Be proactive and keen to learn new skills.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment is preferred but training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude and team player.
