Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist to join our team. As a BMS technician, you will play a key role in the commissioning, servicing, and engineering of various installations to deliver high-quality systems that meet site-specific requirements.


The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, preventative maintenance, and commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems. You will also configure software, test, and calibrate systems, as well as diagnose and repair issues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Commission, service, and engineer various installations to deliver high-quality systems.
  • Provide software configuration, testing, and calibration services.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with BMCS/DDC control systems.
  • Ensure jobs are executed on site in accordance with directions provided by the Service Management/Operations team.
  • Provide technical support to team members, installers, and service agents.
  • Coordinate and provide field data and documents to the Operations/Service Management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Existing skills and experience in Building Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Pride in delivering quality service for customers.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including hardware setup, MS Office, and databases.
