Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and manage employment contracts, letters, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the HRIS system.
  • Partner with Payroll to guarantee employee data accuracy and seamless processing.
  • Deliver a consistent and positive employee experience through onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Review and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Oversee compliance records, including right-to-work checks, visas, and professional certifications.

Recruitment Support:

  • Collaborate with the P&C team to deliver recruitment campaigns.
  • Prepare employment contracts and coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Track and report headcount, turnover, leave, and recruitment activity.
  • Create monthly dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in HR operations or administration role/s.
  • Knowledge of Australian HR legislation (Fair Work, WHS, employment law).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting.
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
