Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the executive, leadership, and teams to enhance the organization's human resources practices.
- Offer expert guidance and manage general HR queries.
- Embed organizational development activities and support the development and implementation of workforce planning practices.
- Build, equip, and support leaders in delivering strategic priorities.
- Foster an engaged workforce and provide advice on employee relations policies, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee due process and fairness, and ensure the consistent and effective delivery of people-related projects and outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience in employee relations.
- Leadership capacity to influence, lead, coach, and develop and motivate others.
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and legislation.
- Experience providing advice on performance management and conducting complex investigations.
- Organized, self-motivated, and a proficient communicator.
- Experience with online meeting platforms and Office365.
Working full-time hours, Monday – Friday, with remuneration circa $75K + super. Generous salary sacrificing perks and support for professional development.
