Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms, coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance teams, and mentoring staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and patience when working with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in housekeeping operations.
  • Previous supervisory and/or training experience in a hotel environment.
About the Role
  • Supervise housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to manage room readiness.
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.
