Embrace the essence of a Sunday at our luxury hotel, where laid-back luxury meets warm hospitality. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for leading the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate your team to ensure seamless service delivery and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee daily front office operations, focusing on efficiency and effective communication with other departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Foster a positive culture from day one, prioritising staff well-being and development.
We're looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll thrive in an environment that values teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar, with at least 12-18 months of supervisory experience (preferred).
- RSA (essential)
- Open QLD Drivers Licence (essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, training, and team-building skills.
- Solid understanding of front office systems and hotel operations.
- Ability to handle unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism.
