Housekeeping Ambassador

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to special requests promptly and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
• Maintain open communication with your supervisor and colleagues to ensure seamless operation of the housekeeping team.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork and supporting colleagues in their roles.

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, preferably within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential for success in this position.
• A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a flexible approach to work are also required.
• Physical fitness to carry a 10kg back-mounted vacuum cleaner and handle the physical demands of the role is necessary.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays, is also essential.
