Project Coordinator Role

This role is a crucial support function for the coordination of our revenue and digital health teams. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the efficient management of contracts and compliance, supporting both the implementation and management of funding contracts.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of the broader healthcare sector, or experience working in a private hospital environment. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage or support multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Tertiary education in a related field (e.g., business, accounting, health information, health administration)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of casemix and health fund payment arrangements in the Australian private health sector
  • Ability to interact effectively within a highly motivated team environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational emphasis to deliver results on time
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the efficient management of contracts and compliance
  2. Partner with key stakeholders that influence either directly or indirectly patient outcomes and hospital revenue
  3. Interact closely with the senior management Revenue and Digital Health team
  4. Provide support to projects being led by other senior leaders within the Revenue and Digital Health team
