Project Management Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a full project lifecycle role where you'll drive ownership from design through to delivery across various projects.

The position involves overseeing project development, managing design briefs and tender documents, and engaging contractors and consultants. You will also lead contract administration with a focus on time, cost, and quality, as well as coordinate project delivery with complex staging, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering programs of work on time with clear reporting to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project development from concept to completion
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Lead contract administration with a focus on time, cost, and quality
  • Coordinate project delivery with complex staging, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING COUNCILS AND AIRPORT AUTHORITIES
  • Deliver programs of work on time with clear reporting to clients

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager, Junior Assistant PM, or Contract Administrator in civil or construction projects
  • Strong project management skills across concept and detailed phases
  • Contract administration and project delivery experience
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and approvals management
  • Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Engineering, or Architecture
