Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a large strategy team that drives development delivery and transformation. The successful candidate will have proven experience working on construction and development projects under the guidance of experienced project managers.

The role is based at our global head office in South Brisbane and involves supporting project managers and project leads across a range of projects. This is an initial 12-month fixed term contract position and is likely to be extended.

The day-to-day activities include preparing and maintaining development project documentation, communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders, coordinating daily project tasks, assisting in coordinating meetings and workshops, and providing exceptional support to Project Managers.

About You

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator who is excited to develop their skills and deliver successful development projects. The ideal candidate will have suitable tertiary qualifications or recognised certifications in project management, ability to utilise project programming software, exposure to small to medium construction projects in healthcare is advantageous, and capability to prioritise workload and forward plan.

The successful applicant will also have open and effective communication skills, confidence to take ownership of their work and show initiative, ability to assimilate into our team and work collaboratively adhering to our frameworks and standards, attention to detail and good time management skills, and experience in healthcare highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain development project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
  • Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders and coordinate consultants / stakeholders to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.
  • Coordinate daily project tasks.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops with stakeholders and consultants.
  • Support staff with the tools utilised within our company for project governance framework.
  • Provide exceptional support to Project Managers in the delivery and transformation teams.
