Project Coordinator Role

\

We are looking for a detail-driven professional to play a vital role in supporting project managers and sponsors to successfully deliver approved projects while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and processes.

\

The successful candidate will work across operations, training, engineering, and business development, providing project management support and developing and tracking project schedules, budgets, plans, and other documentation.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables\
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting records\
  • Support the use of Smartsheet for project management, including Work Breakdown Structures, schedules, budgets, risk management, and project charters\
  • Monitor and measure project performance metrics and update records accordingly\
  • Develop project status reports and relevant documentation\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, records, and databases\\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or Project Management (preferred)\
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including remote team members and external suppliers\
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously\
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills\
  • Experience in supporting project delivery with a background in project management\
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project\\
