Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of organizational culture and redefine induction processes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and annual performance processes to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Manage exits and retention strategies to minimize turnover and retain top talent.
- Design and review leadership development initiatives to support the growth and development of leaders.
- Oversee the talent management process to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles to drive business success.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders on the People and Culture agenda, working closely with senior leaders.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and change management.
- Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
