Job Title: People and Culture Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our people and culture remit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our people strategy, overseeing daily HR operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, Developing and Retaining Talent: Identify, attract, develop and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Mentoring and Coaching Leaders: Provide guidance and support to leaders to enhance their skills and performance.
  • People Development Programs: Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Workplace Relations: Provide authoritative advice on workplace relations matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance reviews and ensure that employees meet performance expectations.
  • Project Management: Lead projects to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • HR Experience: Proven experience in managing an HR function in a similar industry.
  • Senior Leadership: Experience working as a senior leader in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Computer Literacy: Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills.
