About Our Banking Services

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop strategies to drive growth. You will have access to advanced systems and technologies that provide valuable insights and data to inform your decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer businesses and financial needs
  • Drive growth through acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals
  • Collaborate with product partners and stakeholders to design, structure and execute deals
  • Proactively manage credit and operational risks
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Experience assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving customer credit worthiness and credit risk
