This pivotal role involves ensuring our fleet operates efficiently and reliably, meeting the needs of our Store and Centralised Fulfilment teams. The successful candidate will oversee contract management with service providers, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide strategic reporting to senior leadership on fleet performance.

About you and your skills

  • 8+ years' experience post degree
  • Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving
  • Experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity, product management or corporate development
  • Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders and creating board level presentations
  • Digital product / Portfolio management experience
  • Experience leading Digital and/or Agile Transformation
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams

You'll also have

  • Ideally Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • MBA or similar business qualification an advantage
  • Financial modelling experience
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
