About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Manager to join our growing Commercial team on a fixed-term maternity leave coverage until March 2026. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to our Head of Easy Ordering Optimisation and be responsible for managing a team of System Optimisation Specialists.

You will be the business owner of the Fresh Produce replenishment system Relex, driving design, delivery, stability, and business outcomes. Your primary goal will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Business unit, digital, and vendors to deliver transformative business and operational outcomes, new improvements to systems and processes, while maintaining business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

  • Drive the design, delivery, stability, and business outcomes of the replenishment solution for Fresh Produce.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of 4 to deliver benefits aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver business success by sharing valuable SME knowledge and experience on retail and supply chain operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver peak trade and ad-hoc events, as well as contingency and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) events.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities through root cause analysis and maximising use of system functionality and capability.
  • Manage system deliverables in terms of schedules, quality, risks, continuous improvement, and communication to enable successful delivery according to Business objectives.

Your skills should include:

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in retail or FMCG with strong exposure to replenishment solutions.
  • A keen and eager learner with the ability to hit the ground running, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills, principles, and methodologies preferred, including exceptional organisation and stakeholder management at all levels, to influence others and move toward a common goal.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and outcome delivery with strong analytical and numerical skills.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
