Key Responsibilities- Taking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
- Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity.
- Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
- Understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
- Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
- Willingsness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
