Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans for individuals.

  • This involves analyzing client needs and developing personalized strategies to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.

The successful candidate will also design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve outcomes.

  • Key responsibilities include identifying barriers and designing programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.

Additionally, the Rehabilitation Consultant will liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • A recognized degree qualification in Social Work is essential.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey is critical.
