Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Social Worker to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that support people to achieve maximal work participation. If you're passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and providing excellent customer care, this could be the ideal role for you.

In this position, you will undertake assessments relevant to your discipline and design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity. You will also identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Social Work (AASW)
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
  • Willingness to work in the community and possess a current driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
