Regional Commercial Operations Director

The position of Vice President and General Manager oversees all commercial operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Complete revenue responsibility for APAC is owned by this role, encompassing direct sales, channel partners, and distribution.
- A regional go-to-market strategy will be developed and executed in alignment with global sales objectives.
- Sales, field marketing, and pre/post-sales teams across key countries in APAC are led and managed by this individual.
- Vertical strategies are designed to accelerate growth in biopharma, clinical, and service provider segments.
- Accurate and reliable sales forecasts are delivered, driving consistent overachievement of regional targets.
- Customer footprint expansion occurs through both existing and new market segments via direct and indirect engagement models.
- Collaboration with various departments such as marketing, product management, R&D, finance, HR, and supply chain ensures commercial success.
- Distributor and partner performance is driven using clear KPIs and joint business planning.
- Strong people leadership is provided, including recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining top commercial talent across APAC.
- This role represents the company at regional events, conferences, and strategic customer engagements.
