Regional Director Position

We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Regional Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of contracted services across Victoria and Tasmania.

  • Lead the execution of operational, financial, and compliance strategies to ensure all targets are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee a team of direct reports and a workforce across multiple sites, fostering a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.
  • Manage full business responsibility for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and meeting revenue and margin targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure service excellence, contract compliance, and quick resolution of any escalations.
  • Take ownership of enterprise agreement negotiations and maintain constructive engagement with employee representatives and unions.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in senior operational or contract management roles within industrial services, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or similar sectors.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale workforces across multi-site environments.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including full business responsibility.
  • A deep understanding of contractual obligations, service delivery KPIs, and operational risk management.
  • Industrial relations experience, including union negotiations and navigating workforce change under EBA/award conditions.
