Job Title: Regional Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Operations Director to lead and oversee a dedicated region of Aged Care facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all operational aspects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Full accountability for the operational performance and service delivery of their assigned regions Aged Care facilities
  • Fostering and promoting a working environment that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Customer Experience, including measuring and monitoring customer feedback
  • Overseeing financial performance and management
  • EFFECTIVE Management of each facility's occupancy rates

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated leadership in multi-site aged care homes or hospitality/large scale accommodation or child care facilities
  • Proven people leadership skills, with experience having full profit and loss (P&L) accountability
  • A passion for employee engagement and service delivery excellence
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, workplace health and safety principles, education, and accreditation
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to effectively lead and manage multiple residential aged care facilities
