Expert Conversational AI Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Expert Conversational AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable conversational AI systems that can serve diverse use cases without custom implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing truly flexible and scalable conversational AI platforms
  • Fine-tuning and evaluating large language model (LLM)-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience
  • Contributing to platform engineering across both machine learning (ML) and backend systems
  • Exploring integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI
  • Strong bias for action and a product-minded approach to engineering
  • Ability to work side-by-side with software engineers and write limited backend production code
  • Experience influencing roadmap decisions and thriving in ambiguous environments
