Our team in Mexico is actively seeking a Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional support to our clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Respond to initial support inquiries via calls and emails from clients, providing appropriate solutions.
  • Assist and troubleshoot clients through various technical tasks, including audio connections and digital signage.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Generate work orders for service visits, product shipments, and replacements.
  • Collaborate with other relevant departments as needed (programmers, KAMS, warehouse, technicians).
  • Communicate solutions, achievements, and areas for improvement in our services.
  • Ensure clients feel at ease with the service provided.
  • Monitor the status of every network on a daily basis.


Your Qualifications
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Strong team player.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Salesforce.
  • High school diploma (minimum requirement).
  • Basic understanding of digital signage and audio connections.
