Your Responsibilities
  • Respond to initial support inquiries via calls and emails from clients, providing effective solutions.
  • Assist and guide clients through various technical processes, including audio setups and digital signage.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Generate work orders for service appointments, product deliveries, and replacements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer service needs (including programmers, KAMs, warehouse staff, and technicians).
  • Communicate solutions, achievements, and areas for service enhancement.
  • Ensure clients feel at ease with the support provided.
  • Monitor the status of all networks on a daily basis.


Your Qualifications
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Focused on solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Committed to ongoing improvement and learning.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Salesforce.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
  • Basic understanding of digital signage and audio connection technologies.
