Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for overseeing the scanning and digital migration of aircraft technical records, ensuring all documents are digitized accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks on scanned documents to guarantee data integrity and accuracy, as well as managing timelines and efficiency in document processing.

They will also be required to supervise and support team members, addressing queries and resolving issues to foster a collaborative work environment.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team to management, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Records Management Administration Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in records management administration.
  • Team Management Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in team management.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient at Microsoft suite (Excel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat Professional software proficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
