We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the Health industry.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that develop internal systems that facilitate enablement, including CRM, Sales, Supply chain and other business process automation systems. Your role will involve managing outsourced and onshore engineering resources, implementing best coding practices, and establishing processes and governance within the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate outsourced and onshore engineering resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Lead the technical aspects of projects, providing guidance and expertise to the development team.
- Implement best coding practices, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
- Establish and enforce processes and governance to ensure effective project management and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to scope requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to the healthcare domain.
- Leverage low code platforms to expedite development processes and enhance productivity.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in software development, with prior experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
- Proficiency in developing systems for internal enablement
- Experience managing outsourced and onshore engineering resources, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of coding practices, software development methodologies, and project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with low code platforms and the ability to leverage them effectively.
- Preferred experience with.NET framework and related technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives within growing organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
