
Administrative Support Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Facilities Assistant. This role involves providing administrative support in the delivery of facilities management services, including maintaining buildings and common areas, managing Body Corporate assets and servicing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist with reports on financial and management objectives for various stakeholders.
- Draft and issue breach correspondence relevant to the Body Corporate by-laws.
- Arrange contractors and ensure all contractors attending onsite are WHS compliant.
- Ensure all processes and compliance standards are followed.
- Filing and archive management.
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors and clients and work closely with Strata Management and Operations teams.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have a high energy level, be able to juggle competing priorities and have a strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in an administration role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
