Marketing Executive Role

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the Centre's marketing objectives and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves the effective tactical execution of marketing activities and campaigns, as well as supporting the development of marketing strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement localised marketing plans that align with the Centre's Vision Strategy and Action Plan (VSA's)
  • Collaborate with the Regional Brand & Marketing Manager to generate creative briefs and implement social and digital activity
  • Manage events, campaigns, and activations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support, including financial management, reporting, and centre operational tasks
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring regular communication and reporting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of the retail and shopping centre industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Financial acumen and ability to drive commercial results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
