We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time max-term contract (12 months).

The role provides comprehensive administrative support to the People & Culture Team, acts as the first point of contact for all P&C enquiries, and assists with HR projects that enhance compliance, optimise processes, and build an engaging workplace culture.

About the Role

As an approachable and professional Organisational Development Coordinator, you will provide a full range of administrative support to the department, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations including the digitisation of employee records. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the team by ordering supplies and uniforms, raising purchase orders, and organising team member recognition rewards and events.

This role also involves supporting the communication of HR initiatives, procedures, and policies across the organisation to foster engagement and positively represent the People & Culture team. You will contribute to key projects that improve compliance, streamline systems, and strengthen workplace culture.

About You

  • You will bring experience in a similar HR or administrative position within a dynamic and diverse environment, along with strong motivation to learn and grow in a values-led organisation.
  • Demonstrated mid-high-level capabilities in Microsoft Office suite of products and Human Resource software systems (HumanForce & Martian Logic highly desirable)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by an engaging and positive attitude.
  • Superior time management, and the ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
  • Customer service focus and friendly and approachable nature and confident dealing with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Good awareness of HR principles and/or willingness to learn and further develop in role.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility to work onsite.
  • Be prepared to work in an outdoor environment, and in a workplace that has native wildlife such as birds and reptiles.
