Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, complex case handling, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Execute local, state, and national HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance managerial capabilities in HR practices and legislative compliance.
- Drive cultural transformation and lead organisational development initiatives to improve workplace effectiveness.
- Monitor and address workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies to optimise talent management.
- Support industrial relations, including negotiations and compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in senior HR or Industrial Relations roles.
- Relevant qualifications in HRM, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in complex case management, industrial relations, and driving cultural change initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence, coach, and guide stakeholders effectively.
