They also provide clinical services, support coordination and plan management, community participation. Currently they have a vacancy for a Primary Health Organisation Manager to join their company.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Relevant qualification at Bachelor level or higher qualification.
- At least 3 years work experience in support coordination.
- Must have full working rights for Australia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures, policies, and standards for medical, nursing, allied health and administrative staff.
- Coordinating and administering health programs and clinical services.
- Liaising with other health providers, boards, and funding bodies to discuss areas of health service cooperation and coordination.
- Advising government bodies about measures to improve health services and facilities; Providing overall direction and management for the service, facility, organisation, or centre.
- Representing the organisation in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums.
- Controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff.
- Monitoring and evaluating resources devoted to health facilities and centers.
- Controlling administrative operations such as budget planning, report preparation, expenditure on supplies, equipment, and services.

**Salary**:

- $85,000 PA + Super

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
