About the Team

Our Procurement team specialises in developing and executing sourcing and contracting strategies that deliver sustainable value to our customers. We offer good work-life balance, flexible working arrangements, and excellent compensation benefits.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Transformation Sourcing Specialist to report into the Senior Category Manager, Technology. This role is responsible for implementing and managing sourcing activities pertaining to the Digital category, engaging with stakeholders to focus on delivery of value, innovation, cost reduction, and mitigation.

You will:

  • Identify and support initiatives that reduce costs, waste, and unproductive practices
  • Support category spend visibility and insight through available data
  • Engage with stakeholders throughout the strategy development and sourcing execution process to ensure alignment of objectives and build a clear understanding of business requirements for third-party goods and services
  • Manage sourcing activities, prioritising and rebalancing against business objectives
  • Develop and own the total cost of ownership strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage value or mitigate risk from changes in markets (e.g. technology developments, supplier consolidation)
