About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team as a Payroll Specialist for Primary Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization, processing high-volume payrolls and ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions for Primary Health Services staff, including fortnightly time sheets and administrative payroll.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee pay-related information in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for payroll enquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in payroll processing.
  • Competence in all aspects of payroll administration, including award interpretation and legislative compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
